1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Lease Of A 1000 Kva Transformer Station For The Needs Of The Camp In Nowa Łuka. Delivery And Collection Of The Station To The Designated Place. Assembly And Disassembly Works Of The Station. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Elements: 1.1. Monthly Lease Of A Transformer Station With Full Station Service And Supervision Over The Operation Of Station Equipment, Monthly Inspections And Carrying Out The Necessary Activities: A) Maintenance - To Ensure Proper Operation; B) Maintenance; C) Troubleshooting;1.2. Assembly Works Of The Transformer Station, In Particular: A) Preparation Of Design And As-Built Documentation; B) Carrying Out A Geodetic Inventory; C) Transport And Unloading To Nowa Łuka, To The Location Indicated When Signing The Agreement; D) Installation Of A 15 Kv Switch In Front Of The Station; E) Installation Of A Complete Transformer Station With A Measurement System And Grounding (Mv Switchgear, Lv Switchgear, Reactive Power Compensation System); F) Connection To The Dso Network In Accordance With The Above. Connection Conditions; G) Checking And Commissioning The Station; H) Installation Works - Connection To The Mv Network, Synchronization With The Currently Connected Power Supply Behind The Kep; I) Service And Maintenance Activities Necessary For The Operation Of The Station;1.3. Dismantling Works After The End Of The Contract: A) Carrying Out Dismantling Works In Consultation With The Lessee And The Dso; B) Loading And Collection Of The Above-Mentioned Devices By The Lessor; 1.4.
