The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task Of Rebuilding 27 Pedestrian Crossings In The Scope Of Improving Road Traffic Safety, Along With Obtaining The Required Administrative Decisions (Building Permits Or Reporting Construction Works - Depending On The Scope) And Carrying Out Authors Supervision. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Budget Task Development Of Sustainable Urban Mobility Through The Construction Of Transfer And P&R Centers Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure And The Expansion Of The Its System In The Area Communes Of The Wałbrzych Agglomeration - Wałbrzych, Boguszów Gorce, Czarny Bór, Dobromierz, Głuszyca, Jedlina-Zdrój, Mieroszów, Szczawno-Zdrój, Stare Bogaczowice, Walim, Świebodzice. The Investor Is The Wałbrzych Municipality - A City With District Rights, Pl. Magistracki 1, 58-300 Wałbrzych. Wyzwolenia 59,- Piłsudskiego 1,- Orkana 43,- Orkana 67,- Orkana Dino,- Orkana 84A,The Scope Of The Study Includes Designing The Reconstruction Of 27 Existing Pedestrian Crossings, Including In Particular: Installation Of Dedicated Pedestrian Crossing Lighting (Lights), Construction Of New Horizontal And Vertical Markings, Use Of Point Reflective Led Elements, Implementation Of Active Pedestrian Crossings, Construction And/Or Reconstruction Of Pedestrian Refuge Islands In The Strip Dividing The Road. Refuge Islands Should Be Designed As Elements Of A Permanent Structure With A Surface Of Concrete Paving Stones Limited By Concrete Or Stone Curbs, Depending On The Existing Curbs Limiting The Road And Sidewalks In The Area Of A Given Crossing. If There Are Existing Prefabricated (Modular) Refuge Islands, Their Dismantling And Construction Of Islands With A Permanent Structure That Meet The Above Requirements Should Be Planned. The Task Should Include The Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels And Other Devices That Will Support The Functioning Of Vertical Markings For Pedestrian Crossings (Motion Detection System). The Designed Solutions Should Be Linked To The Existing Road Infrastructure, Also In Terms Of Powering Light Lights, Active Vertical Markings, And Take Into Account The Need To Introduce Changes In The Existing Traffic Organization, Together With The Development And Agreeing On Permanent Traffic Organization Projects. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Necessary Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions Required
