1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of The Task Titled: Transportation Of Students To Schools In The Naruszewo Commune In The 2026/2027 School Year. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Transport Services (Transport And Delivery) Of Students To: A) Primary School. Maria Konopnicka In Naruszewieb) Primary School. Gen. Zygmunt Padlewski In Radzyminkuc) Primary School In Krysko A Detailed Description Of The Routes Is Included In Annex No. 6 To Swz.2. Transport Of Students Will Be Carried Out On School Days In The 2026/2027 School Year, I.E. From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027.3. The Contractor Ensures That The Means Of Transport Used To Transport Children Will Be Technically Efficient, Properly Marked, Covered By Third Party Liability And Accident Insurance, Approved For Traffic In Accordance With Applicable Provisions On Passenger Transport, Air-Conditioned, Not Older Than 2013.4. In The Event Of Damage Or Breakdown Of The Vehicle, The Maximum Allowable Time For Providing A Technically Efficient Replacement Vehicle May Not Exceed 30 Minutes. The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Will Provide Replacement Vehicles Of A Standard No Worse Than The Vehicles Indicated To Perform The Service In The Offer. The Contractor Bears All Costs Related To The Operation Of The Vehicle And The Payment Of Any Fines Imposed On It By The Competent Authorities.5. The Transport Is To Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Monthly Personalized Tickets With Priority For Children And Teenagers, According To The Route Of Regular Transport Lines On The Routes Listed In Annex No. 6 Swz.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Punctually Comply With The Presented Delivery Plan.7. Buses Will Stop At Designated Bus Stops (Places For Boarding And Disembarking Children) Located Along The Bus Route. The List Of Stops Is Attached As Appendix No. 6 Swz.8. The Estimated Number Of Children And Youth Transported To Schools Will Be 186 Students In The 2026/2027 School Year. This Number May Change Slightly During The Service Period. The List Of Students Is Attached As Appendix No. 6 Swz.9. The Estimated Number Of Tickets Over The Duration Of The Contract Is 186 Students X 10 Months = 1,860 Tickets.10. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With The First List Of Transported Children By August 25, 2026. In The Event Of A Change In The Data Of Transported Children, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Send An Updated List Of Children By The 25Th Day Of The Month Preceding The Month Of Issuing Tickets.11. The Ordering Party Provides Chaperones During Transport On Three Routes, I.E. To The Primary School. Maria Konopnicka In Naruszew, Primary School. Gen.
