The Subject Of The Order Is Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Expansion Of District Road No. 3231P On The Section From The Railway Crossing To The Town Of Brzeźniak For Works Including The Expansion Of The District Road Along With The Construction Of Hardened Roadsides, Drainage, As Well As A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path Constituting A Continuation Of The Bicycle Path In The Town Of Brzeźniak.2. The Subject Of The Order Has Been Divided Into The Following Stages And Includes The Following Services And Activities: Stage 1 (2026)1) Development Of The Necessary Maps For Design Purposes And Land Records Together With Extracts From The Land Register (And Their Update On The Date Of Delivery Of The Documentation, If Necessary);2) Preparation Of A Geotechnical Opinion And The Necessary Ground Tests - 2 Copies; 3) Preparation Of An Inventory Of Greenery - 4 Copies; 4) Development And Submission Of Concept Solutions Along With An Estimate Of Construction Costs - 2 Copies; 5) Obtaining Conditions For The Reconstruction Of External Facilities And Preparation Of Industry Design Concepts For Their Reconstruction - 2 Copies; 6) Preparation Of The Project Information Card - 4 Copies; 7) Submitting An Application For Obtaining A Water And Legal Permit To The Extent Resulting From Applicable Regulations, Environmental Decision (Preparation Of An Environmental Impact Report If In The Assessment Procedure Impact On The Environment, The Need For Its Implementation Will Be Determined). Stage 2 (2027) 1) Obtaining A Water And Legal Permit To The Extent Resulting From Applicable Regulations, Environmental Decision; 2) Developing A Design For The Development Of The Road Expansion Area, Taking Into Account Drainage And A Service Channel (Or Obtaining A Derogation) - 5 Copies; 3) Developing An Architectural And Construction Design - 5 Copies; 4) Developing Industry Designs For Reconstruction Based On The Received Conditions For The Reconstruction Of External Facilities Together With Their Agreement With The Relevant Authorities Gestors. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Participation Of Persons With Appropriate Authorizations To Design The Reconstruction Of The Network And External Devices, Also In A Situation Where The Persons Indicated In The Offer Do Not Have The Appropriate Authorizations (If Necessary) - 4 Copies;5) Development Of Technical Designs - 4 Copies;6) Development Of A Permanent Traffic Organization Project Together With Obtaining The Required Arrangements And Opinions And Approval - 4 Copies;7) Development Of A Temporary Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of The Road Expansion Along With Obtaining The Required Arrangements And Opinions And Approval - 4 Copies;8) Development Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates For Each Industry - 4 Copies; 9) Developing Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works For Each Industry - 2 Copies; 10) Preparing A Real Estate Division Proje
