Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Cleaning Including The Supply Of Necessary Cleaning, Hygiene And Consumables For The Public Services Center Building

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Correct And Timely, Comprehensive Provision Of Cleaning Services And Maintaining The Cleanliness Of Internal Surfaces And Windows In The Ordering Partys Facility, Located At Ul. Witolda Pilecki 1 In Opole - Public Services Center (Hereinafter Referred To As Cup) To The Extent And Under The Conditions Specified In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Agreement And The Annexes To The Agreement.2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Following Services:2.1. Mandatory - By Which The Parties Understand A Service Provided On A Continuous Basis, Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract, Without An Additional Order, As Part Of A Lump Sum Remuneration Settled On A Monthly Basis In Accordance With § 6 Section 1 Point 1) Consisting In The Provision Of Cleaning Services And Maintaining The Cleanliness Of Internal Surfaces In The Cup, Along With The Delivery Of The Necessary Cleaning, Hygiene Products And Consumables (Hereinafter Referred To As The Mandatory Service); 2.2. Optional - By Which The Parties Understand A Service Provided By The Contractor On An Ad Hoc Basis, Only After A Prior And Express Order By The Ordering Party In Written Document Form, Billed Separately For Each Ordered Performance Of This Service At The Rates Specified In § 6 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Agreement), Consisting In Performing: 2.2.1. Comprehensive Window Cleaning Services At Cup Up To A Height Of 4 Meters (Glazing Of Internal Window Frames), Billed According To The Rate Specified In § 6 Section 1 Point 2) Letter A Of The Agreement), Or2.2.2. Comprehensive Cleaning Services Of The Underground Garage At Cup, Settled According To The Rate Specified In § 6 Section 1 Point 2) Letter B Of The Agreement).3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz.
