Tenders Are Invited For School And Kindergarten Transport In The Miejska Górka Commune In The 2026/2027 School Year

1. The Subject Of The Order For Part I Is The Transport And Return Of School Children To Primary Schools And Kindergartens In Miejskie Górka In The Period From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027, From Monday To Friday, Excluding Winter Holidays, Public Holidays, Days On Which Learning Will Take Place Remotely, And Other Days Additionally Free From School.2. To Perform The Task, The Contractor Must Have Two Buses Capable Of Transporting A Minimum Of 45 People In One Bus And A Minimum Of 57 People In The Second Bus, And Be Properly Prepared In Terms Of Technical Condition.3. The Contractor Must Employ At Least Two Employees As Drivers.4. The Contractor Undertakes The Obligation To Employ Authorized Guardians Responsible For Children During The Performance Of The Service (One Guardian Per Bus). The Contractor Is Not Allowed To Start The Course Without A Supervisor. The Driver Of The Vehicle Cannot Act As A Guardian. Only An Adult With Full Legal Capacity May Be A Guardian. Before Performing His Duties, The Guardian Should Be Trained By The Contractor In The Scope Of Road Traffic Regulations.5. The Contractor Assumes The Obligation To Act As A Coordinator For Drivers And Caregivers.6. The Average Route Of The A1 Bus In One Day Is 110 Km. The Average A2 Bus Route In One Day Is 82.5 Km. The Total Average Route Of Two Buses In One Day Is Approximately 192.5 Km. The Bus Routes Are Presented In Appendix No. 9A To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Number Of Kilometers Traveled From The Parking Place Of The Contractors Vehicles To The Beginning Of The Route (To The Place Where The Delivery Begins) And From The Place Where The Delivery Ends To The Parking Place Of The Contractors Vehicle. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Transported Persons With Appropriate Safety And Hygiene Conditions And The Necessary Comforts In Accordance With The Regulations And Principles Specified In The Transport Law, With Particular Emphasis On The Rules For The Transport Of Children And School Youth.8. The Service Provider Is Obliged To Conclude An Insurance Contract Against Civil Liability And Accidents In Connection With The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. Civil Liability Insurance In Connection With The Business Activity And Accident Insurance For Each Of The Buses Used To Provide The School Transport Service.9. In The Event Of A Failure Of The Means Of Transport (For Any Reason) During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Replacement Means Of Transport No Later Than The Time Declared In The Offer. 10. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Introduce Changes In The Number Of Kilometers And Hours Of Delivery And Pickup.11. The Ordering Party Must Be Informed About The Need To Provide Additional Transport Services.12. The Contractor Must Include The Cost Of Travel To The Place Of Service Provision In The Price.
