In Particular, The Offered Ambulance Must: A) Be Brand New, Manufactured In 2026, Complete, Marked And Ready For Operation Without Any Additional Purchases And Investments, B) Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Meet The Conditions Specified In The Applicable Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment, As Well As The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of On The Marking Of The State Emergency Medical Services System And Requirements Regarding The Uniforms Of Members Of Rescue Teams. Medical Device, C) Meet The Requirements Of The Medical Devices Act, D) Meet The Technical Requirements Referred To In The Road Traffic Law And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Its Basis, E) Have An Approval Certificate For The Base Vehicle, Issued In Accordance With The Above-Mentioned. Brand New Vehicle.2. The Adaptation Of The Vehicle For An Ambulance Cannot Result In Any Restrictions On The Rights Arising From The Factory Warranty.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Train The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Delivered Ambulance.4. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party, Together With The Subject Of The Order, With The Following Documents: Warranty Card In Polish, Instructions For Use In Polish, List Of Authorized Service Points And Terms Of Service Provision By Service Points, Technical Passports Of Medical Equipment, Documentation Regarding The Construction Of The Medical Compartment.
