The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Service Of Organizing And Implementing A Study Trip To Austria (Styria Region) And Germany As Part Of The Operation Called Innovations In Fruit Processing In Austria And Germany In Accordance With The Nrn+ Action Plan For 2023-2027 Operational Plan For 2026. The Study Trip Is Organized For 20 People. As Part Of The Study Trip, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, Among Others: Transport (Coach), Insurance, Accommodation, Food And Pilot Service, As Well As To Present And Implement The Trip Program. Deadline Departure: A) 1St Priority Date And Accepted By The Ordering Party Requested: 26-29/10/2026, The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Departure During The Night Hours From Sunday To Monday (25/26/10/2026); Or B) In The Event Of Circumstances Preventing The Trip On The Indicated Date, The Trip Will Be Carried Out On The 2Nd Date Accepted By The Ordering Party, And The Trip Will Be Completed By The End Of November At The Latest 2026. The Exact Date, In The Case Of The 2Nd Deadline, Will Be Determined In Agreement Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Present The 2Nd Deadline 14 Days Before Its Implementation To The Ordering Party For Approval.
