The Subject Of The Order Is: Comprehensive Laundry Services For Spzoz Międzychód 1. Comprehensive Laundry Services Provided By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Consist Of: A) Water Washing With Disinfection Of Flat White Hospital Underwear (Duvet Covers, Pillowcases, Sheets, Pads, Covers), Green Surgical Underwear, Screen Trims, Shower Curtains, Cleaning Materials (Mop Pads);B) Water Washing With Disinfection Of Fashionable Clothes, Nightgowns, Pajamas, Bathrobes, Green Surgical Clothes And Underwear, Work Clothes - Uniforms;C) Water Washing With Disinfection Of Newborn And Baby Underwear Including Diapers;D) Chemical Cleaning Of Clothes Which Cannot Be Subjected To Water Washing Due To The Raw Material Composition;E) Chemical Disinfection And Thermal;F) Drying;G) Ironing;H) Ironing;I) Sorting;J) Longitudinal And Transverse Folding Of Flat Linen;K) Packaging;L) Collection And Delivery As Well As Transport From And To The Ordering Party.2. The Laundry Service Will Take Place At The Contractors Laundry Facility.3. Collection Of Dirty Laundry And Delivery Of Clean Laundry And Other Items Will Take Place From 7:00 A.M. To 9:00 A.M. At Least Three Times A Week From The Hospital In Międzychód In The Amount Of Approximately 5,000 Kg Per Month (The Contractor Undertakes To Collect And Deliver The Subject Of Services Using Its Own Transport).4. The Contractor Will Organizationally Ensure The Stability And Continuity Of Services - On Days When The Laundry Is Not Open, The Contractor Undertakes To Secure Replacement Bedding At Its Own Expense In Quantities Resulting From The Part Of The Service Not Provided Due To Holidays.5. Transport Of Disinfected, Clean And Ironed Linen Is Carried Out By The Contractors Own Means Of Transport To The Ordering Partys Premises At The Contractors Expense.6. The Means Of Transport Used To Transport The Subject Of The Order Will Be Disinfected In A Manner Consistent With Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, For The Duration Of The Contract, 1 Transport Trolley For Storing Clean Linen And Clothes, With The Possibility Of Free Entry To The Room With A 90 Cm Wide Door.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Commission Bacteriological Swabs To Be Performed By The Competent Local Branch Of The State Sanitary Inspection For Clean Linen Once A Quarter And To Present The Results To The Ordering Party Each Time. In The Case Of Questionable Bacteriological Swab Results, The Cost Of The Test Is Covered By The Contractor.9. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Proper Sanitary Condition Of The Washed Underwear And Other Products: A) Contaminated Underwear That Poses A Threat To The Health Of Employees Is To Be Transported In Separate, Specially Marked Packages; B) Clean Underwear Must Be Secured With Plastic Bags During Transport To The Hospital And Additionally In Closed Containers Or Canvas Bags Intended For The Transport Of Underwear; Clean Underwear Should Be Sorted Into The Above-Mentioned C
