The Subject Of The Order Is The Operation Of A Landfill For Non-Hazardous And Neutral Waste, Located In The Greater Poland Voivodeship, Ostrzeszów Commune At Ceglarska Street (Ostrzeszów-Miasto District), Located In The Post-Exploitation Phase, Occupying Plots Marked With Registration Number 2967/1, And Parts Of Plots Marked With Registration Numbers: 227/5, 229/5, 224/5, 225/5, 226/5, 228/10, 220/1, 223/15, 230/7, 2964/5, 2966/1, 231/13 And 232/8 With A Total Area Of 8.7112 Ha Along With Existing Technical Equipment Related To The Operation Of The Landfill In Question, Specified In Annex No. 1 And Graphic Annex No. 2. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes In Particular To: 1. Supervise The Landfill Area And The Accompanying Infrastructure; 2. Monitoring A Waste Landfill In The Post-Operation Phase In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of April 30, 2013 On Waste Landfills (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1902) And The Applicable Water Law Permit For The Discharge Of Sewage Into The Sewage System Of Another Entity And Transmitting Its Results To The Ordering Party And The Competent Authorities And Institutions (Scope And Frequency Of Tests In The Phase Poeksploatacyjnej Wraz Z Mapką Składowiska Wskazano W Załącznikach Do Swz);3. Preparing And Submitting To The Ordering Party And Relevant Institutions, Within The Deadlines Specified By Law, Reports Required By The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025) R. Poz. 647 Z Późn. Zm.)., Przepisów Wykonawczych Do W/W Ustaw Oraz Na Wniosek Właściwych Instytucji; 4.Przeciwdziałania Powstawaniu Zagrożeń (Pożarów, Nadmiernych Emisji Odorów Itp.);5. Incurring Costs Related To Running The Landfill, Including: Visual Monitoring Of The Facility In Accordance With Applicable Regulations (At Least 3 Cameras);  Electricity;  Carrying Out Required Inspections And Services;  Incurring Obligations To Settle Real Estate Tax  Mowing (At Least 2 Times/Year With The Possibility Of An Additional 3 Mowings If Necessary).6. Proper Maintenance Of The Area Around The Waste Landfill By Maintaining Green Areas (Mowing Grass, Caring For Trees And Shrubs Constituting Insulating Greenery);8. Obsługi Personalnej I Obsługi Technicznej Na Powierzonym Terenie Sprzętem Własnym Lub Przy Pomocy Podwykonawców;9. Utrzymywania Wszelkich Urządzeń Infrastruktury Technicznej Oraz Ogrodzeń We Właściwym Stanie Technicznym.10. Zamontowania Pochodni Do Spalania Gazów, Która Zawiera Elementy Określone W Opz.
