The Subject Of The Order Is The Investors Supervision And Project Management Services, I.E. Performing The Function Of The Contract Engineer Consisting In Providing Services Related To The Preparation, Management, Control And Supervision Of The Implementation Of Preparatory Works For The Investment Entitled Construction Of A New Protective Building For The Needs Of The Population And Civil Defense Constituting The Silesian Regional Center For Diagnosis And Treatment Of Lung Cancer In Chorzów. The Service Will Be Performed In Existing And Operating Facilities, Therefore The Contract Engineer Is Obliged In Particular To Take Into Account The Need To Maintain The Ordering Partys Uninterrupted Operations And Ensure The Continuation Of An Unchanged Scope Of Medical Services, And In The Case Of Supervision Over Construction Works Related To Ensuring The Continuation Of Utilities Supplies To Existing Buildings, To Ensure That The Parameters Of These Supplies Are Maintained At The Same Level For The Proper Functioning Of The Buildings. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
