4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Backhoe Loader With Accessories. 4.2. The Offered Backhoe Loader And Accessories Must Be Brand New, Of Full Value, Complete, Free From Manufacturing And Legal Defects, Made Using Safe Technologies And Ready For Immediate Operation - Use Without Incurring Additional Financial Outlays. 4.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Equipped With All Operating Fluids And Refueled To The Minimum Amount Of Fuel Specified By The Manufacturer.4.4. The Subject Of The Order Must Comply With Applicable Standards And Regulations, And In Particular Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Including Technical Conditions Arising From The Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251) Together With The Implementing Provisions Of This Act, And Must Come From An Authorized Sales Channel, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights. 4.5. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Organize Training For The Ordering Partys Employees. In The Scope Of Operation, Operation And Maintenance Of The Device At The Ordering Partys Premises. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Requirements Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Ordering Partys Premises.
