The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Backhoe Loader With Accessories For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense In The Gniezno Poviat From The Funds Of A Targeted Subsidy From The State Budget To Finance Its Own Task In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense Included In Key Areas Of Activity Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 - Area Ii: Logistic Security I Ensuring Continuity Of Supply Under Measure Ii.1.3 Retrofitting Storage Bases With Equipment Necessary To Carry Out Tasks In Crisis Situations, Disasters, Mass Events, Large-Scale Events, Violent Atmospheric Phenomena, Cbrn Threats And In Times Of War - In Accordance With The Minimum List Of The Ministry Of The Interior And Administration. Purchase Of A Self-Propelled Backhoe Loader With A Wheeled Or Tracked Chassis.2. A Contractor May Submit Only One Offer. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Which Specifies The Minimum Required Quality And Technical/Functional Parameters That The Subject Of The Order Delivered By The Contractor Must Meet. The Contractor May Offer The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Minimum Requirements Or With Higher Parameters. 4. The Requirements Related To The Execution Of The Order And The Warranty Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.5. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of At Least 24 Months Or 2,000 Mth. The Warranty Period Begins From The Date Of Final Receipt Of Delivery. The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers. The Method Of Evaluating Offers In This Criterion Is Described In Part Xviii Of The Swz. The Contractor Will Be Liable To The Ordering Party Under The Warranty For Defects In The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Equal To The Warranty Period Determined On The Basis Of The Contractors Offer (Within The Limits Described Above), But Not Shorter Than The Warranty Period Resulting From The Provisions Of The Civil Code6. Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order: 1) When Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Identify The Offered Backhoe Loader (Among Many Available On The Market) And To Assess Its Compliance With The Provisions Of The Swz, Provide In The Offer Form - In Section 1 Point 1), Data Allowing To Clearly Identify The Product - Manufacturer, Model.2) Lack Of Name Of The Manufacturer, Model (Failure To Complete The Offer Form In Section 1 Point 1) Will Result In Rejection Of The Contractors Offer As Inconsistent With The Swz.7. Equivalent Solutions: 1) The Trademarks, Proper Names, Etc.
