1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Tractor With A Tractor Trailer And Axle For The Dolice Commune. The Task Is Financed From Financial Resources From The State Budget - Tasks Implemented Within The Scope Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program (Olioc Program). The Tractor Together With The Tractor And Axle Being The Subject Of The Order Must Be: 1) Brand New, Unused, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025, 2) Be A Model Currently Manufactured By The Manufacturer, 3) Be Complete And Free From Physical Defects (Design, Materials And Workmanship), Technically Operational, 4) Must Have Ce Certificate, User Manual In Polish.1.1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 7 To The Swz. 1.2. In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 1.3 Vehicle Requirements: 1) The Vehicle Should Have All The Necessary Documents Allowing The Vehicle To Be Used On The Road In The Eu. 2) Together With The Delivery Of The Vehicle, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With The Necessary Documents Admitting The Vehicle To Road Traffic In Poland And Enabling Its Registration And Operation: - Vehicle Card, - Current Approval Certificate. - Warranty Book, - Service Inspection Book, - User Manual In Polish, - Two Sets Of Keys, - Document Confirming Compliance With Exhaust Emission Standards, - Service Package And Other Documents Necessary To Register The Vehicle. 1.4. Delivery Terms: The Supplier Undertakes To Deliver The Vehicle To The Ordering Partys Headquarters At His Own Expense And Responsibility. The Delivered Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Of The Legal Provisions In Force In The Republic Of Poland Regarding The Admission Of The Vehicle To Road Traffic.
