The Subject Of The Contract Is: A) The Supply Of A Single-Station Educational License For A Nuclear Reactor Block Simulator, An Educational License For A Nuclear Reactor Block Simulator With A 3D Model Of The Reactor And Containment, Along With Technical Assistance In Software Maintenance. B) Service Of Preparing And Conducting Training In A Nuclear Reactor Block Simulator Along With A 3D Model Of The Reactor And Containment, As Well As Training Materials, Covering At Least 30 Training Hours For A Minimum Of 4 Participants.1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annexes No. 5 To Swz.2. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Order Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.3. Codes According To The Classification Of The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 48900000-7 - Various Software Packages And Computer Systems, 80510000-3 - Training Services.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.5. If The Swz Contains Indications Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Or References To Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications, It Should Be Understood, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 99 Section 9 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Act, That It Is Justified By The Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Contract Using Sufficiently Precise Terms. In Such Circumstances, The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Submitting Equivalent Solutions In The Offer, Provided That The Minimum Requirements To Be Met By Equivalent Solutions Are Requirements Not Worse Than The Parameters Indicated In The Documentation.
