The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Collection And Management Of Waste Collected From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) At Ul. Targowa 30 In Siedlce. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Collect And Transfer The Municipal Waste Collected In Pszok Indicated In The Order By Transferring It By The Contractor To The Waste Recovery Or Neutralization Installation In Accordance With The Hierarchy Of Waste Management Methods And The Principle Of Proximity Referred To In The Waste Act. The Estimated Weight Of Waste Collected In Pszok Will Be Approximately 286 Mg. The Actual Amount Of Waste Covered By The Subject Of The Order May Be Smaller Or Larger Than The Estimated Weight And Cannot Constitute Any Claims. Contractor In Relation To The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Is Not Able To Determine The Weight Of The Actual Amount Of Waste Covered By The Subject Of The Order, Because Such Data Is Not Dependent On The Ordering Party. The Collection And Management Of The Following Waste Includes: Glass And Glass Packaging, Plastics, Plastic Packaging, Metals, Metal Packaging And Multi-Material Packaging, Green Waste, Other Fractions Not Listed, Selectively Collected Ash From Household Fireplaces, Clothing And Textiles, Furniture And Other Large-Sized Waste, Used Bicycle Tires, Mopeds, From Strollers, Motorcycles And Vehicles With A Maximum Permissible Weight Of Up To 3.5 Tons, Which Are Not Used To Conduct Business Activities, - Glass Waste, E.G. From Windows, Doors, - Insulating Materials, - Construction And Demolition Waste From Households.
