The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport And Pick-Up Services For Students, Together With The Provision Of Care By The Contractor On School Days In The 2026/2027 School Year To Schools And Kindergartens Run By The Widawa Commune. The Service Will Be Provided On Four Routes: Route I - Total Length Of Approx. 56 Km/Day, Expected Number Of Students: 30, Bus With A Minimum Of 30 Seats. Route Ii - Total Length Approx. 106 Km/Day, Expected Number Of Students: 65, Bus With A Minimum Of 55 Seats. Route Iii - Total Length Approx. 133 Km/Day, Expected Number Of Students: 80, Bus With A Minimum Of 55 Seats. Route Iv - Total Length Approx. 120 Km/Day, Expected Number Of Students: 95, Bus With A Minimum Of 55 Seats. The Detailed Route, Course Hours And Location Of Stops Are Determined By Swz. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Routes, Course Hours And The Number Of Transported Students During The Implementation Of The Contract. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Expected Number Of School Days In The 2026/2027 School Year Is 188 Days. The Expected Number Of Transported Students Is Approximately 270 Per Day. This Number May Change During The Execution Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That Students Are Transported To Schools And Kindergartens At Least 5 Minutes Before The Start Of Classes, In Accordance With The Schedule Agreed With The Directors Of The Institutions. The Contractor Will Provide A Number Of Buses Adapted To The Number Of Routes And Students Transported, No Less Than 5 Buses, Guaranteeing Seats For All Students. Buses Used To Complete The Order Must: Be Marked, Have A Year Of Production Of 2012 Or Newer, Be Equipped With Automatic Opening Doors, Have Efficient Heating And Air Conditioning, Be Kept In Proper Technical Condition And Cleanliness, Have Valid Technical Inspections And Third Party Liability And Personal Accident Insurance Throughout The Entire Period Of The Contract. The Contractor Provides The Service With The Vehicles Indicated In The Offer. Their Change Is Allowed Only With The Consent Of The Ordering Party And Provided That The Replacement Vehicle Has Parameters No Worse Than Those Offered. The Contractor Will Provide Drivers With The Required Licenses And Guardians To Look After The Students During Each Transport. It Is Unacceptable To Combine The Functions Of A Driver And A Guardian. Drivers And Guardians Must Meet The Requirements Arising From The Provisions On The Protection Of Minors, In Particular Be Verified In The Relevant Registers And Have The Required Certificates And Declarations.
