Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services - New Construction Of Cycle Path On The Former Railway Line Between Gunsleben And Oschersleben Planning Services For Engineering Structures In Accordance With § 41 Ff. Hoai. The Community Of Großer Bruch And The City Of Oschersleben Are Planning To Build A New Cycle Path Along The Former Railway Line Between Gunsleben, Neuwegersleben And Oschersleben. The Aim Is To Better Network The Neighboring Regions For Both Tourist Cycling And Everyday Traffic. At The Same Time, Safe Paths Should Be Created For Walkers As Well As For Children And Young People. The New Cycle Path Will Be Integrated Into The Regional Cycle Path Concept Of The Börde District And Will Also Complement The Existing Path System In The City Of Oschersleben. The Route Runs On The Former Railway Line. The Beginning Is Southeast Of Gunsleben On The “Zichzack” Municipal Road. The End Is In Oschersleben On The Municipal Road “Weststraße” North Of The Allotment Gardens. The Total Length Is Around 11,500 Meters. Only A Few Farm Roads And Municipal Roads Cross Along The Route And In These Places The Cycle Path Should Be Given Priority Over Agricultural Traffic. Drainage Takes Place Via The Shoulders Into The Overgrown Side Areas, While Existing Small Ditches And Hollows Remain Functional. The Existing Structures On The Railway Line, Such As Culverts And Bridges, Were Examined. In Some Cases, Renovations To The Superstructure As Well As Replacements Of The Railings And Fall Protection Are Necessary. The Side Ditches Should Be Left In Their Natural State. An Overview Of The Culverts Can Be Found In The Tender Documents. There Are Supply And Disposal Lines For Drinking Water, Electricity, Gas, Telecommunications And Protective Water Throughout The Entire Construction Phase, Which Do Not Need To Be Replaced. The Respective Pension Providers Are Informed And Will Be Included In The Further Project Process. The Subject Of The Planning Task Described Here Should Be The Planning Services For Engineering Structures In Service Phases 1 To 9 In Accordance With Section 41 Ff. Hoai. The Planning Services Are Commissioned In Stages In Accordance With Point 1.4. 1.4 Description Of Tasks For Engineering Structures 1.4.1 Planning Engineering Structures, Service Phases 1 To 9 According To § 41 Hoai 2021 The Service Content Should Be All Basic Services Of The Individual Service Phases In Accordance With Appendix 12 (To § 43 Paragraph 4, § 48 Paragraph 5) Hoai. Based On Annex 12 Hoai, This Measure Is Assigned To Fee Zone Iii. It Is Intended To Carry Out A Step-By-Step Commissioning: • Stage 1: Service Phases 1 To 4 According To § 41 Hoai • Stage 2: Service Phases 5 To 9 According To § 41 Hoai 1.4.2 Special Services The Following Special Services Must Be Provided For The Planning Of Engineering Structures: Stage 1 - Creation Of Building Books According To Din 1076 Stage 2 - Local Construction Supervision (Lp 8)
