The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is The Purchase, Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Scientific And Research Equipment In The Form Of A Brand New Single-Molecule Spectrofluorimeter Along With Additional Equipment Necessary For Its Proper Functioning And On-The-Job Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees. The Order Is Carried Out For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Biochemistry, Biophysics And Biotechnology Of The Jagiellonian University, Located In Kraków, Code: 30-387, Ul. Gronostajowa 7. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1. Transport, Insurance, Delivery, Bringing And Installation Of Equipment Together With Hardware And Software Elements In The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party, 2. On-The-Job Training At The Ordering Partys Unit, After Installation, For At Least Five (5) Employees Of The Ordering Party, For 2 Days / 8 Hours Each Day, In Basic Operation Of The Equipment, Its Maintenance And Data Analysis, 3. Commissioning And Conducting Sat Tests, 4. Providing Documentation To The Ordering Party Acceptance Protocol (Acceptance Report, Warranty Cards, Operating Instructions), 5. Covering The Subject Of The Order With A Warranty (Min. 36 Months) On The Terms Indicated In The Contract Template (Drafted Provisions Of The Contract), 6. Provision Of Application Support During The Warranty Period, To The Extent Described In The Contract Template (Drafted Contract Provisions), 7. Declaration Of The Contractor On The Availability Of Service Components And Materials Necessary For Repairs For At Least 5 Years From The Date Of Awarding The Order, I.E. Concluding The Contract. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Minimum Parameters And Technical, Functional And Operational Requirements Of The Ordered Equipment, As Well As The Scope Of Accompanying Services, Are Included In Annex A To The Swz.
