The Object Of The Procurement Is The Framework Arrangement For Tree Care In The Built Environment 2026-2030 In The City Of Lahti. Maintenance Work Includes, For Example, The Following Tasks: - Structural Cuts Of Young And Growing Trees - Maintenance Cuts Of Full-Grown Trees - Maintenance Cuts Of Old Trees - Special Cuts Such As Cuts To Shape And Reduction Of The Canopy - Condition Assessments - Tree Removal - Tree Crown Supports - Stump Milling - Transport Services Related To Tree Care And Felling Services We Are Also Asking For An Offer To Remove The Material Accumulated During The Work With A Grapple With An Equipped Truck As Well As A Consulting Service For E.G. Assessing The Need For Tree Maintenance. The Object Of The Acquisition Is Described In More Detail In The Appendix, General Contract Terms, Tree Care In The Built Environment. The Work Is Done As Invoicing Work Based On Hourly Billing, Unless Otherwise Stated. Ordered Jobs Are Small, Short-Term Jobs, The Amount Of Which Is Not Known In Advance. Each Order Aims To Include At Least Two Working Days Work (16 H). The Works Are Ordered Separately In More Detail. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, As The Procurement Works Are Considered To Form A Whole, The Division Into Parts By The Procurement Entity Would Be Inappropriate For Technical And Financial Reasons (Act On Public Procurement And Right-Of-Use Agreements 1397/2016, §75). The Offer Is Made In Finnish. Official Communication Between The Customer And The Provider Takes Place In Finnish. The Customer Does Not Pay An Offer Fee For Preparing The Offer. The Anticipated Total Value Of This Framework Arrangement, Excluding Value Added Tax, Is A Maximum Of 720,000 Euros.
