The Audit Must Include Financial Audits, Ongoing Administrative Audits, It Audits And Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Good Auditing Practice. The Audit Also Includes, Unless Otherwise Stipulated, Accounts For Private And Self-Owned Institutions, Endowments And Joint Municipal Enterprises, For Which The Municipality Has Entered Into An Agreement With Which Cash And Accounting Functions Are Responsible For Accounting For, Or Where An Audit Must Be Carried Out By The Municipalitys Auditor.
