Installation Of Doors And Windows – New Building Of The Lüdinghausen Rescue Station - Metal Construction Work - Windows And Doors. The Coesfeld District Intends To Build A New Lüdinghausen Rescue And Fire Station On Selmerstr. L835 Near Freigrafenweg. The New Building Consists Of A Four-Part Building With An Additional Washing Hall For The Rescue Station, As Well As Another Four-Part Building For The Lüdinghausen Volunteer Fire Department And Disaster Control. On The Ground Floor In The Area Of The Volunteer Fire Department There Are Also Sanitary Rooms, Changing Rooms, Storage Areas And A Meeting Room. The Fire Departments Part Of The Building Will Be Built Entirely On One Floor. The Rescue Station Part Of The Building Will Have Two Floors In The Rear Area. There Are Changing Rooms, Sanitary Areas And Storage Areas On The Ground Floor. In Addition To The Work Areas, Such As Offices And A Meeting Room, The Upper Floor Of The Rescue Station Also Houses The Employees Social Areas. These Include Relaxation Rooms, Lounges, A Dining Area And A Kitchen With Small Storage Space. There Is Also A Roof Terrace And The Technical Areas For Both Parts Of The Building. An Expansion Area For An Additional Parking Space In The Area Of The Rescue Station Is Already Planned. In The Event Of An Expansion, The Social Areas Were Supplemented With Two Additional Relaxation Rooms On The Upper Floor. Access Is Provided For The Rescue Station Employees At The Start Of Their Shift And For Members Of The Volunteer Fire Department In The Event Of An Alarm Via The Rear Side Of The Building Through Two Separate Entrances. The Rescue Station And Fire Department Areas Are Completely Separate And Function Independently. Only The Alarm Courtyard Is Shared By Both Parties. The Entire Property Is Accessed Via Two Entrances From Selmerstrasse. The Outdoor Facilities Are Divided Into Two Areas: On The One Hand, In A Separate Alarm Courtyard, Which May Only Be Used By Emergency Vehicles From The Rescue Station, The Volunteer Fire Department And Disaster Control, And On The Other Hand, In A Parking Area For The Vehicles Of The Rescue Station Employees And For Alarm Parking Spaces For Members Of The Volunteer Fire Department. The New Building Consists Of A Solid Construction Made Of Sand-Lime Brick And Reinforced Concrete Components. These Include A Load-Bearing Waterproof Concrete Base, Strip Foundations, Reinforced Concrete Ceilings And Walls As Well As Reinforced Concrete Columns And Beams. Masonry Walls Are Also Used. The Windows Should Preferably Be Designed As Plastic Windows. In Some Areas It Was Not Possible To Install Plastic Windows Due To The Dimensions Of The Window Elements, So Aluminum Windows Were Provided As An Alternative. All Escape Route Doors In Corridor Areas And Stairwells As Well As Emergency Exits And External Doors Must Be Designed As Aluminum Tubular Frame Doors. A Pre-Wall Mounting System Must Be Provided For Installing The Window And Door Elements. In Some Areas There Are Also Reveal Sheets Or Metal Facades
