The Subject Of The Order Is The Removal And Management Of Hazardous Waste Collected On The Plot No. 956/2, District 1 Raszew-Piaski, At Ul. Majdany 10, Miasto Kutno Commune, In Two Locations, Placed In Various Types Of Containers (Including Barrels Of Various Capacities, Mausers, Etc.) And Subjecting Them To Final Recovery Or Disposal Processes Appropriate To The Properties Of The Waste. The Estimated Amount Of Waste Is Approximately 300.00 Mg. 2. The Above Task Is Carried Out On The Basis Of The Decision Of The Mayor Of Kutno Of October 27, 2025, Reference Number: Oz.6236.4.2025.Dp.10, Issued Pursuant To Art. 26A Section 1 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste, Due To The Need To Take Action To Remove The Waste In Question And Manage It Due To The Threat It Poses To Human Health And Life And The Environment. 3.
