The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of A Complete Operational Chain Of Hospital Catering At The Trauma Hospital In Brno, Including The Preparation, Transport, Dispensing And Distribution Of Food For Patients And Employees, Including The Provision Of Related Activities And Logistics Services. Fulfillment Must Be Ensured Continuously Throughout The Duration Of The Contractual Relationship, I.E. Every Calendar Day Of The Year, Including Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays And Other Non-Working Days. The Subject Of Performance Also Includes The Provision Of An Online Ordering System, Personnel And Material Provision While Meeting The Legislative Requirements For Safety And Hygiene Of Operations. The Supplier Is Responsible For All Processes Related To The Provision Of Catering Services, Including Personnel, Technical And Organizational Security. The Performance Of The Public Contract Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Generally Binding Legal Regulations, Valid Standards And Regulations Regarding Work Safety And Technical Equipment. In The Event That During The Performance Of A Public Contract, An Amendment To One Of The Relevant Regulations Becomes Valid And Effective, Or Another Legal Regulation Relating To The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Becomes Valid And Effective, The Supplier Is Obliged To Follow These New Legal Regulations And Instructions (Procedures) During The Implementation Of The Public Contract. In Particular, Compliance With The Following Legal Regulations Is Required: • Regulation Of The European Parliament And Council (Ec) No. 852/2004 On Food Hygiene, • Act No. 258/2000 Coll., On The Protection Of Public Health, • Act No. 110/1997 Coll., On Food And Tobacco Products, • Decree No. 137/2004 Coll., On Hygienic Requirements For Catering Services And Principles Of Personal And Operational Hygiene In Epidemiologically Significant Activities. The Supplier Is Obliged To Demonstrate An Established Haccp System (Hazard Analysis And Critical Control Points), Which Is Used To Identify, Evaluate And Manage Hazards Affecting The Health Safety Of Food In The Entire Process From Preparation To Delivery. Part Of The Public Contract Is Also The Rental Of Non-Residential Premises Necessary For The Preparation And Distribution Of Food. The Specifications Of The Premises And The Terms Of The Lease Are Set Out In The Draft Contract For The Lease Of Non-Residential Premises And Their Annexes (Annex No. 1 Situational Plan Of The Premises (In Zd As A Separate Annex) And Annex No. 2 Areas Of The Rooms Of The Distribution Center (In Zd As Annex No. 9). The Client Provides Ordinary Consumables (Glasses, Mugs, Cutlery And Other Material Not Specified In The Contract On The Loan Of Immovable Property) To The Extent Appropriate The Details Of The Supply And Distribution Of Food For The Clients Employees And Patients Are Specified In The Draft Of The Agreement On The Provision Of Catering Services And Other Documents Of The Procurement Documentation.
