The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Specialized Biochemical And Hematological Reagents, Control And Consumable Materials For The Needs Of Upwr Units. 2 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Document Entitled: Assortment And Price Sheet, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 3. The Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Document Entitled: Designed Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 4. General Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 4.1. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out Successively According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party In Parts, Based On Partial Orders Specifying The Size And Material Scope Of The Ordered Subject; 4.2. The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Range Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer Whose Content Will Allow The Ordering Party To Verify The Offer In Terms Of Its Compliance With The Content Of The Swz. The Content Of The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Specifications Of The Contract Terms. Therefore, The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Product And Price Sheet - Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, By Providing The Unit Prices Necessary To Settle The Contract, As Well As To Calculate The Offer Price In The Offer Form. 4.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Purchase By The Ordering Party Of Basic Reagents And Control And Consumable Materials Provided Through Basic Orders, Specified In The Assortment And Price Sheet (Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Agreement) And Optional Reagents Along With Control And Consumable Materials Provided Through Optional Orders. 2) Delivery Of Basic And Optional Reagents Along With Control And Consumable Materials To The Location Indicated By The Ordering Party, 3) Delivery Of A Set Of Documentation Referred To In § 6 Of The Agreement For The Delivered Subject Of The Agreement, 4) Ensuring And Providing Warranty Services For The Subject Of The Agreement In Accordance With § 7 Of The Agreement. 4.4. The Contractor Is Obliged, At His Own Expense And Risk, To Provide The Ordering Party With Safety Data Sheets, Including Safety Data Sheets For Hazardous Substances, No Later Than On The Day Of Their First Delivery Under The Concluded Contract, Except For Cases Where Having A Safety Data Sheet For A Specific Substance Or Preparations Is Not Required. Guided By The Principles Of Sustainable Development, Including Ensuring A Positive Impact Of The Order Implementation, With The Least Impact On The Environment, The Ordering Party Allows And Prefers To Provide Safety Data Sheets In Electronic Form - By E-Mail Or By Providing A Link To A Website From Which The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Download The Appropriate Document And Decide On The Need/Necessity Of Printing It. 4.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Cancel Part Of The Basic Order By A Maximum Of 25% Of The Gross Value Of The Basic Order
