The Estimated Maximum Amount Of The Contract For Its Entire Duration Is 450,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax, Distributed As Follows: Estimated Forecast Amount (Flat Rate Portion): 90,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Per Year, Or 360,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax For The Entire Duration Of The Market. For The Purchase Order Part, An Estimated Maximum Of 20,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Per Year Is Planned, Or 80,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax For The Entire Duration Of The Contract. No Minimum Is Provided. The Market Is Not Allocated Because Service Providers In This Sector Operate On A Flat-Rate Billing Principle For A Number Of Calls Processed And Defined In The Market. This Is A Globalized Service Provision And Cannot Be Divided Into Batches. Subsequent Contracts Are Awarded For Needs Relating To The Addition Of New Communication Channels Whose Characteristics Or Methods Of Execution Are Not Known At The Time Of Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement. These Services May Relate In Particular To The Processing Of Emails, The Creation Of A New Telephone Line (For Example A Line For Crisis Management), Or In Response, Through All Communication Channels, To An Additional Activity Of Which The Contracting Authority Could Not Have Been Aware At The Time Of The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement.
