The Institutes Total Area Is Approximately 35,500 M². The Research Focus Of The Institute Is Molecular Plant Genetics. The First Buildings Were Built In The 1960S. The Newest Building Opened Last Year. Centrally Located Is A Span Of 4 Laboratory Buildings, Which Are Connected By A Middle Building. Building H, Which Is To Be Renovated, Is One Of These Four Laboratory Buildings. The Floor Area Is Approximately 670M². The Corresponding Building Extends Over 3 Full Floors And An Attic. The Building Was Constructed In The 1980S. Technically, Parts Have Been Renovated In The Meantime, But It Is Unlikely That They Will Be Able To Continue To Be Operated. The Upcoming Renovation Measures In Building H Include The Structural Engineering, Hlsk And Electrical Trades. The Expected Total Construction Costs Of The Measure (Kg 200 - 700, Excluding Kg 611 And Kg 612) Of The Construction Measure Amount To €5,705,000.00 (Net).
