The Contract Will Be Executed Through: - Firstly, An Ordinary Contract Corresponding To The Provision Of Acquisition And Implementation Of A Software Solution For Road Surveys, Data Integration And Assistance With Work Programming - Secondly, A Framework Agreement Corresponding To The Management Service (And In Particular Hosting), Consultation By Rennes Métropole Users And Training Of The Software Solution For The Latter 1/ Service Of Road Diagnosis With Implementation Work Of A Software Solution And Assistance In Programming Work - - Ordinary Part These Services Are Broken Down Into Phases. Designation Phases Phase 1 - Development Of The Survey Method, Implementation Of The Software Solution, Putting It Into Working Order And Suitability Verification Phase 2 - Field Surveys, Integration Of Data Into The Software Solution, Notation And Mapping Of Deteriorations And Verification Of Regular Service Phase 3 - Assistance In Scheduling The Work Phase 1 Will Be Broken Down As Follows: Phase 1 - Development Of The Survey Method, Implementation Of The Software Solution, Putting It Into Working Order And Verification Of Suitability Sub Phase 1 A - Development Of The Survey Method, Implementation Of The Software Solution, Putting It Into Working Order, Survey On The Test Area Sub Phase 1 B - Verification Of Suitability By Rennes Métropole On The Basis Of A Survey On A Test Zone Carried Out In Sub Phase 1 A Phase 2 Will Be Broken Down As Follows: Phase 2 - Field Surveys, Integration Of Data Into The Software Solution, Notation And Mapping Of Degradations And Regular Service Check Sub Phase 2 A - First Field Surveys (500 Km), Integration Of Data Into The Software Solution And Regular Service Verification Under Phase 2 B - Continuation And End Of The Field Surveys Then Integration Of The Data Into The Solution Phase 3 Will Be Broken Down As Follows: Phase 3 - Assistance In Scheduling Works Under Phase 3 A - Development Of The Method Under Phase 3 B - Assistance In Scheduling Works 2/ Management Service (And In Particular Accommodation), Consultation By Users Rennes Métropole And Training Of The Software Solution For Them - Framework Agreement Part The Maintenance Component Will Be Treated In The Form Of A Framework Agreement Without Minimum And With Maximum (For 1 Year: 70,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax) Single-Attribute, And Is Passed In Application Of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 To R. 2162-6 To 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. Its Execution Will Be Mixed. It Will In Fact Be Carried Out Both: - From The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu) And By Means Of Purchase Orders For The Services Whose Consistency, Known, Allows The Fixing Of Unit Prices From The Contractualization, - Through The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts (Ms) Upon The Occurrence Of The Need For Services
