Software Supply Services – Moa. The Object Of The Contract The Procurement Refers To A Service Contract According To Which The Supplier Must Implement And Provide A Cloud-Based Business System For Case Management Within Automatic Alarms And Authority Cases (The Moa System) Within The Framework Of Project Moa. The Assignment Includes An Initial Delivery Commitment To Be Carried Out In Project Form (The Implementation Project), And A Subsequent Commitment To Provide Outsourced Operation, Support And Maintenance According To Agreed Service Levels, With The Possibility For Rsg To Request Additional It Services Such As Configuration, Data Migration, Integrations, Training, Resource Support And Further Development (The Management Commitment). More Detailed Prerequisites And Conditions For The Assignment Will Appear In The Tender Documents, Including Contract Documents With Agreed Requirements, Service Levels, Implementation Plan And Management Plan. The Assignment Must Be Carried Out As A Collective Overall Commitment Where The Supplier, Under Strict Own Responsibility For Results And Management, Is Responsible For Delivering A Fully Functioning Moa System In Accordance With The Agreed Function And Property Requirements That Follow From The Agreement Included In The Invitation To Tender. The Overall Commitment Includes The Implementation Project And The Management Commitment. Development, Adaptation And Implementation Of The Moa System Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Implementation Projects Time And Activity Plan In Stages At A Fixed Price And Be Completed And Approved By Rsg No Later Than A Delivery Date Specified In The Agreement. When The Moa System Has Been Approved For Delivery, The Supplier Shall Be Responsible For Outsourced Operation, Support, Maintenance, Further Development And Other Management Services Of The Moa System. The Management Commitment Is Carried Out Against A Fixed Management Fee, Which Must Also Include Full Compensation For Rsgs Right Of Use To The Moa System For The Entire Duration Of The Agreement.
