Work Detail
Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Europe-Wide Award Of Planning Services For The Realization Of A Rescue Station In Appenweier. With The Development Of The Blue Light Center, The Municipality Of Appenweier Is Pursuing The Goal Of Sustainably Securing The Existing Hazard Prevention And Emergency Infrastructure At The Location And At The Same Time Further Developing It For The Future. The Location On The Southern Outskirts Of Appenweier Has Been Established For Years As A Central Contact Point For The Fire Brigade, Disaster Control And Rescue Services. After The New Fire Department Was Built In 1990/91, The Area Was Expanded To Include The German Red Cross Disaster Control Center In 2017 And The Workers Samaritan Association Rescue Station In 2020. The Starting Point For The Planning Services To Be Procured Is, In Particular, The Need For Expansion Of The Asb Rescue Station. They Are Currently Operated From A Temporary Container Facility. At The Same Time, The Location Already Plays An Important Role In Local And Regional Emergency Care: An Ambulance Is Stationed In Appenweier And Operates 24 Hours A Day, Every Day Of The Year; There Are Also Management And Training Functions Within The Rescue Station. The Existing Temporary Accommodation Does Not Meet The Requirements For A Permanently Efficient And Developable Rescue Infrastructure In The Long Term. Against This Background, It Is Planned To Replace The Rescue Station With A New Building And To Further Develop The Entire Site In An Orderly Urban Development Manner. A New, Permanently Usable And Sustainable Rescue Station Is Planned With A Two-Story Social Area, A Vehicle Hall, The Necessary Maneuvering Areas, Parking Spaces For Employees And A Supplementary Oxygen Storage Facility. The Vehicle Hall Should Also Be Designed In Such A Way That, In Addition To The Stationed Ambulance, Reserve And Expansion Capacities Are Also Created For A Possible Later Expansion Of The Emergency Services Available At The Location. The Development Of The Blue Light Center Not Only Serves To Structurally Renew A Previously Provisional Facility, But Also To Ensure The Long-Term Provision Of Orderly, Efficient And Needs-Based Emergency Care In Appenweier. At The Same Time, The Planning Takes Into Account The Public Interest In Functioning Security And A Reliable Emergency Services Infrastructure. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Award Of - Property Planning Services For Buildings And Interior Spaces In Accordance With Section 34 Hoai In Conjunction With Appendix 10.1 For Service Phases 1 To 9, - Property Planning Services For Outdoor Facilities In Accordance With Section 39 Hoai In Conjunction With Appendix 11.1 For Service Phases 1 To 9. - Specialist Planning Services For Technical Building Equipment In Accordance With Section 55 Hoai In Conjunction With Appendix 15.1 In System Groups 1 To 5, - Specialist Planning Services For Structural Planning In Accordance With Section 51 Hoai In Conjunction With Appendix 14.1 In Service Phases 1 To 6, - Building Physics Services (Thermal Insulation And Energy Balancing As Well As Building Acoustics (Sound Insulation) In Accordance With Section 3 Paragraph 1 Hoai In Conjunction With A
