The Roof Surfaces Are Generally Suitable For A Photovoltaic System. Special Framework Conditions Include Work In The Existing Building, Maintaining Ongoing Operations On The Lower Floors And Compliance With Monument Law Requirements. Planning Task The Planning Task Includes The Renovation And Energy Optimization Of The Building With The Development Of A Technically And Economically Coordinated Overall Concept For The Roof, Facade And Pv Systems. The Focus Is On The Energetic Upgrade Of The Roof Space, The Integration Of A Photovoltaic System And The Necessary Repair Measures Taking Into Account Building Physics, Sustainability And Monument Protection. Inventory: In Service Phase 1, An Inventory Is Carried Out From The Basement To The Attic. The Basis Is Provided By As-Built Plans From 1991 And Sectional And Elevation Plans From 1967. Structural Planning: From A Static Point Of View, The Building Can Basically Be Used Without Restrictions. However, Individual Components May Need To Be Upgraded During The Renovation. For The Planned Photovoltaic System, The Roof Structure Will Be Reinforced With Additional Rafters. Technical Building Equipment: The Plan Is To Install The Photovoltaic System And Add Lightning Protection. Building Physics / Heat Protection: Measures To Improve Thermal Protection Are To Be Examined In The Roof Space. The Aim Is To Achieve A U-Value Of 0.14 W/M2k. Monument Protection: The Building Is A Listed Building And, Because Of Its Location, An Ensemble Of Buildings. The Requirements Of Monument Preservation Must Be Taken Into Account In All Service Phases And Coordinated With The Overall Planning.
