Locations Of Performance Of Services: The Entire Territory Of The Sète Agglopôle Méditerranée Conurbation And Part Of The Territory Of The Hérault Méditerranée Conurbation (Municipalities Of Agde And Vias). The Prices Of The Framework Agreement Are Mixed: - A Part At A Fixed Price For Recurring Cleaning And Maintenance Services Of The Common Areas Of Sth Residences; - A Part At Unit Prices For One-Off Needs In Terms Of Clearing And Cleaning Housing In Sth Residences (Following Inventory) And In Terms Of Cleaning And Maintenance Of Common Areas Of Sth Residences As Well As The Collection Of Bulky Items And Approved Landfill Which Do Not Appear In The Recurring Services Due By The Incumbent Company. This Part At Unit Prices Will Be The Subject Of Purchase Orders Issued In Application Of The Prices Established By The Holder In The Bpu. The Details Of The Services And The List Of Sites Concerned Are Specified In The Cctp As Well As The Financial Annexes. The Single Awardee Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of 1,200,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over 4 Years. The Holder Is Committed To The Maximum Market Values. For Information Purposes, This Framework Agreement Is Estimated At 100,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax/Year Or 400,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over 4 Years
