The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of Hygienic And Sanitary Rooms At The Gymnasium Of The Technical School Complex In Suwałki, As Part Of The Program - Locker Room For A Medal - M2026 Edition. The Rooms To Be Renovated Include: Public Toilets For Women And Men, Three Cloakroom Rooms, Two Shower Rooms With Adjacent Toilets / Location Of The Rooms In The Attached Drawing / The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Renovation Of The Sanitary Sewage System Consisting Of Dismantling The Existing Deckchairs, Risers, Approaches To Sanitary Utensils And Installing New Ones Along With Accompanying Construction Works, I.E. Demolition Of The Floor, Excavations, Grooves And Piercings. 2) Renovation Of The Water Supply System Consisting Of Dismantling The Existing Deckchairs And Water Supply Risers (Apart From The Main Supply), Approaches To Fittings And Water Supply Fittings. Installation Of A New Installation Of Pex/Al/Pex Pipes Along With New Water Supply Fittings Along With Accompanying Construction Works, I.E. Demolition Of The Floor, Grooves And Piercings. 3) Renovation Of The Central Heating System Consisting Of Dismantling The Existing Risers And Cast Iron Radiators. Installation Of A New Distribution Installation In The Floor Layers, Equipped With Steel Plate Radiators With Bottom Feed, Together With Accompanying Construction Works, I.E. Demolition Of The Floor, Grooves And Piercings. 4) Renovation Of Rooms Consisting Of Replacing Wall And Floor Coverings, Replacing Doors, Painting And Filling The Walls And Ceilings Of The Rooms. Equipping The Cloakroom With Wardrobes With Seats. 5) Adapting One Of The Bathrooms Adjacent To The Showers For The Needs Of Disabled People And Equipping It With Dedicated Sanitary Utensils With Fittings And Grab Handles. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Technical Description For Reporting Construction Works, The Bill Of Quantities And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. 3. All Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Documentation And Applicable Technical Conditions And Regulations. 6. The Use Of Labels In The Design Documentation Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That Given Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party. If The Contractor, For Reasons Beyond Its Control, Cannot Obtain The Label Specified By The Ordering Party Or An Equivalent Label, The Ordering Party, Within The Deadline Set By Itself, Accepts Other Corresponding Means Of Evidence, In Particular The Manufacturers Documentation, Provided That The Contractor Proves That The Construction Works, Supplies Or Services To Be Performed By Him Meet The Requirements Of The Specific Label Or Specific Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party. 7. Use Of The Requirement To Have A Certificate Issued By A Conformity Assessment Body Or A Report In The Design Documentation
