Prior Information Notice For Public Road Transport Services – Provision Of Transport Services By Public Bus Transport In The Territory Of The City Of Benešov In The Years 2029–2039. The Subject Of The Concluded Contract Will Be The Provision Of Transport Services In The Territory Of The City Of Benešov Through Bus Transport (City Public Transport) For A Period Of 10 Years. The Customer Currently Anticipates Awarding A Public Contract In Accordance With Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On The Award Of Public Contracts, As Amended (Hereafter Referred To As Zzvz), In The Form Of An Open Procedure With An Unlimited Range Of Potential Suppliers. The Result Will Be The Conclusion Of A Contract In Gross Mode, In Which The Opportunities And Risks Associated With The Development Of The Amount Of Revenue From Fares Will Be Fully Borne By The Customer. Considering That The Final Decision On The Method Assignment Has Not Yet Been Accepted, It Cannot Be Ruled Out That The Contract Will Be Awarded Alternatively In The Form Of A Tender Procedure In Accordance With § 9 Et Seq. Of Act No. 194/2010 Coll., On Public Services In Passenger Transport, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Zvs). This Notice Therefore Fulfills The Function Of Pre-Notification Within The Meaning Of Article 7, Paragraph 2 Of Regulation (Ec) No. 1370/2007 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council In The Event That Chosen Procedure According To Zvs.
