The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Diesel Oil To The Sp Zoz Wspr Fuel Station In Białystok, Specified In Detail In Annex No. 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2. The Ordering Party Intends To Purchase Diesel Oil Within 12 Months: On Cn: 2710 19 44, Cn: 2710 20 11 - 900 M³ (Where 1000 Liters = 1 M3) As The Basic Order. 3. The Given Quantity Is An Estimated/Forecast Value, Which May Be Reduced During The Term Of The Contract Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. During The Term Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Guarantees An Order Of 40% Of The Amount Of Fuel Indicated In Annex 3 To The Swz As The Basic Order. 4. The Ordering Party Has The Option Right To Increase The Amount Of Diesel Oil, But Not By More Than 30%. The Largest Possible Order Scope, Taking Into Account The Option Rights, Is Up To 1,170 M3 Of Fuel. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use All Or Part Of The Order Covered By The Option Right, And The Contractor Declares That It Will Not Make Any Claims For This Reason. 5. All Requirements Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Also Apply To The Execution Of The Order Under The Option Law.
