Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Project Management For The Rehabilitation Project Of The Chénier Rouget School Group In Neuilly-Sur-Marne. The City Of Neuilly-Sur-Marne Wishes To Entrust A Project Management Mission Relating To The Rehabilitation, Extension And Security Of The Chénier–Rouget School Group, Located At 1 Rue De Tourville In Neuilly-Sur-Marne. The Operation Includes The Energy And Functional Renovation Of The Elementary School Refectory Building, The Rehabilitation Of The Nursery School Building, The Construction Of An Extension Intended To Meet The Changing Needs Of The Latter, Located On The Site Of The Current Caretakers House, The Demolition Of Which Will Be Carried Out Beforehand By The Project Management As Part Of A Separate Operation, As Well As The Requalification Of Outdoor Spaces And Security Devices Across The Entire School Group. This Contract Includes 2 Optional Phases: - Optional Phase 1: Scheduling, Management And Coordination Mission (Opc) - Optional Phase 2: Signage Design Mission The Project Owner For This Operation Is The Municipality Of Neuilly-Sur-Marne. After A First Phase Of Pre-Selection Of 3 To 5 Candidates Admitted To Submit An Offer, The Consultation Will Give Rise To A Second Phase With Submission Of A Technical And Financial Offer At The End Of Which The Successful Bidder Will Be Designated. The Forecast Estimate For The Work Planned By The Project Owner Is 4,600,000 Euros Excluding Tax (Value March 2026). The Overall Forecast Duration Of This Mission Is Estimated At 12 Months And 1 Week Of Studies (Building Permit Application Included), 21 Months Of Work (Including 1 Month Devoted To Lifting Any Reservations After Receipt) And 1 Year Of Perfect Completion Guarantee (Gpa). The Project Owner Aims To Commission The Project By 03/09/2029.
