Interpretation Services – Providing Translation Services Including Online Simultaneous Translations, Simultaneous Cabin Interpretations With The Provision Of Equipment, Written Translations Into Polish And English And Translations Into Polish Sign Language (Pjm) Carried Out In Connection With The Organization Of Local Development Forums And Other Project Activities. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide The Following Services: Simultaneous Translation Using The Internal Mechanism Of The Platform For Organizing Online Conferences, Simultaneous Interpreting In The Cabin With 60 Ir Receivers, Written Translation From Polish Into English And Vice Versa, And Translation From Polish Into Polish Sign Language. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Scopes: A. Simultaneous Translation Of Webinars (Local Development Forums) From Polish Into English And Vice Versa (2 Translators) Using The Internal Mechanism Of A Given Platform For Organizing Online Conferences, Made Available By The Ordering Party - A Total Of 2 Translation Blocks; B. Simultaneous Translation In The Cabin With Ir Receivers Of 60 Webinars (Local Development Forums In Hybrid Mode (Stationary + Online), Into English And Vice Versa (2 Translators) - A Total Of 2 Translation Blocks; C. Written Translation From Polish Into English And Vice Versa, Of Documents Developed As Part Of The Project, Of Which For The Purposes Of Preparing A Price Offer, Please Assume That The Estimated Number Of Pages Will Include 100 Pages Translated In The Mode Normal And 50 Pages In The Express Mode. At The Stage Of Announcing The Order, The Ordering Party Is Not Able To Precisely Determine The Estimated Number Of Pages; D. Translation From Polish Into Polish Sign Language Of Webinars (Local Development Forums), Available In The Online Service System (Using The Zoom, Clickmeeting Or Teams Platforms). Performance Of Activities Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Involve Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Article 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code. 4. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Order Additional Receivers During The Planned Meetings, In Packages Of 10 Pieces. 5. The Specified Number Of Blocks And Translation Pages Is An Estimate Reserves The Right To Change The Estimated Number Of Translations Within Individual Scopes, Including Between Them, According To Its Needs, Within The Threshold Value Of The Contract. The Ordering Party May Order Additional Services Covered By The Scope Of The Order Up To 20% Of Their Total Value. The Ordering Party Will Exercise The Option Right By Informing The Contractor Of The Need To Provide Additional Services In Advance 3 Days, And For The Services Indicated In Point 3(A) And (B) 14 Days In Advance. Note: In Exceptional Situations, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of:
