The Subject Of The Order Is To Grant A Long-Term Bank Loan To Repay Previously Taken Out Credits And Loans And To Finance The Planned Budget Deficit Up To Pln 5,950,000.00 (In Words: Five Million Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Zlotys 00/100). 2. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Take Out A Loan Up To Pln 5,950,000.00, But In An Amount Not Lower Than Pln 4,500,000.00. 3. The Loan Will Be Disbursed In Tranches. The Ordering Party Each Time Specifies The Amount Of The Loan Tranche And The Date Of Its Disbursement. The Loan Tranche Will Be Disbursed On The Basis Of A Written Instruction Signed By Two Members Of The Łowicz County Management Board, Which Will Be Submitted No Later Than 1 Business Day Before The Loan Disbursement Date. The Date Of Release Of Funds Can Only Be A Business Day. The Deadline For Disbursing The Loan Is December 31, 2026. 4. The Bank Grants A Grace Period For Loan Repayment Until December 31, 2027. The First Loan Installment Is Payable By January 31, 2028, According To The Schedule. 5. The Cost Of The Loan May Consist Only Of Interest On The Disbursed Loan Amount. On The Above Interest Will Consist Of The Wibor 1M Interest Rate Quoted On The Last Business Day Of Each Month And The Contractors Fixed Monthly Margin. If The Need To Replace The Wibor Indicator With Another Reference Indicator During The Term Of The Agreement Results From Changes In Applicable Regulations Or Decisions Of Competent Authorities Or Institutions, The Parties Will Adopt The New Indicator As The Basis For Determining The Interest Rate On The Loan Granted. 6. The Loan Will Be Repaid In The Years 2028 - 2036 In 108 Monthly Installments, Payable On The Last Calendar Day Of The Month. 7. Deadline For Order Completion: 1) Deadline For Loan Disbursement: From The Date Of Signing The Contract To December 31, 2026. 2) Duration Of The Contract: From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Until December 31, 2036. 8.
