The Work Mainly Concerns The Thermal Insulation Of Buildings, The Implementation Of Supervision And The Renovation Of Ventilation And Hvac Installations. The Market Includes Performance Commitments Defined In Terms Of Level Of Activity, Quality Of Service, Technical Operation And Energy And Environmental Efficiency. These Performance Commitments Are Quantified And Measurable Thanks To The Implementation Of Equipment Allowing The Monitoring And Analysis Of The Measures Relating To The Performance Commitments Imposed On The Group During The Operation Phase Of The Building Which Will Be Specified Later In The Consultation Documents.
