The Aim Of This Procurement Procedure Is To Conclude An Insurance Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract) With One Participant In Order To Ensure Cargo Insurance For The Transport Of Military Equipment As Part Of The Cv90 Project, Implemented Between The Contracting Authority And External Suppliers. The Subject Of Vz Is Insurance Covering Mainly The Transport Of: – Separate Towers, – Complete Military Vehicles, – Possibly Other Related Components Of Military Equipment. Transportation Will Be Carried Out As The Clients Own Transportation Or Through Contracted Carriers. The Insurance Must Cover Transport Carried Out As A Rule In The Fca Mode, While It Must Also Include Damage Caused During Loading And Unloading Of Transported Property, Including The Use Of Specialized Equipment. The Beginning Of The Insurance Occurs When The Shipment Is Taken Over For Transport. It Is Assumed That Repeated Transports Will Be Carried Out In Various Logistic Scenarios, In Particular: - Transports Between Suppliers And The Contracting Authority, - Transports For Tests (E.G. Bzenec), - Transports For Handing Over To The Czech Army. The Number Of Transports, Their Exact Dates And Routes May Change During Performance Depending On The Development Of The Project And Coordination Between The Client And Its Contractual Partners. The Client Reserves The Right To Arrange Insurance For Individual Transports According To Current Needs And Is Not Obliged To Exhaust The Expected Scope Of Performance. Due To The Nature Of The Project And The Ongoing Negotiations Between The Contracting Authority And Its Partners, It Is Not Possible To Determine The Exact Schedule Of The Transports Or Their Final Scope At The Time Of The Contract Award. The Insurance Must Be Arranged In Such A Way That It Covers The Variability Of The Transports In Terms Of The Time Course, The Scope Of Performance And The Type Of Equipment Being Transported. The Client Requests A Maximum Limit Of 200,000,000 Czk Per Shipment. The Required Scope Of Insurance, I.E. Places Of Insurance, Scope And Subject Of Insurance, Sums Insured, Co-Payments And Other Requirements For Insurance, Is Discussed In More Detail In The Technical Part Of The Zd And Its Appendices. The Contracting Authority Restricts The Publication Of Part Of The Zd For The Protection Of Sensitive Information Related To The Transport Of Military Equipment. Appendices Of The Technical Part Of The Zd Are Not Freely Available On The E-Zak Contractors Profile. The Participant, Or Those Interested In Participating, Can Ask The Contracting Authority To Send Them Via E-Zak. In Accordance With § 36, Paragraph 8 And § 96, Paragraph 2 Of The Act, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Provide Them Only On The Condition That The Contracting Authority Sends An Electronically Signed Agreement On The Protection Of Information - Nda (Appendix No. 7 Zd). The Contracting Authority Shall Provide These Attachments No Later Than 3 Working Days From The Delivery Of The Proper Application. For The Avoidance Of Doubt, The Contracting Authority States That The Subject Mou Is Not An Order For The Services Of An Insurance Broker.
