Cleaning And Sanitation Services – Maintenance Cleaning Services Of Lohjan Liikuntakeskus Oy And Lohjan Liikuntahallit Oy. Lohjan Liikuntakeskus Oy And Lohjan Liikuntahallit Oy (Later The Client) Requests A Quote For The Maintenance And Cleaning Service Of Sports Facilities. The Cleaning Service To Be Procured Includes The Maintenance And Cleaning Services Of The Facilities Of Virkistysuimala Neidonkeitain, Lohja Ice Hall And Sporttikeskus Tennar. The Customer Is Responsible For Organizing The Cleaning Of The Premises, Mainly With His Own Personnel. The Cleaning Services Are Implemented As A Hybrid Model, Where The Customers Own Cleaning Staff Is Supplemented By An External Service Provider According To The Customers Current Needs. The Need Varies Depending On The Availability Of The Customers Own Cleaning Staff. The Need Is Reported Monthly No Later Than Two Weeks Before The Beginning Of The Following Month. The Estimated Workload Of The External Service Provider Is A Total Of At Least 50 Hours Per Week, Excluding July, When The Need For The Service Is Estimated To Be Less. The Stated Number Of Hours Is An Estimate, And The Subscriber Does Not Commit To A Specific Minimum Purchase Amount. The Procured Service Concerns The Maintenance Cleaning Of Sports Facilities. The Service Includes Demanding Special Cleaning Of Sports Venues, Which Requires The Service Provider To Have Knowledge And Experience In Cleaning Sports Venues. The Work Is Done Both On Weekdays And On Weekends. The Service Does Not Include Night Work. The Work Is Performed With The Cleaning Tools And Machines Used By The Customer. The Customer Is Responsible For Cleaning Materials, Supplies And Maintenance Of Tools And Machines. Based On The Competition, Three (3) Contract Suppliers Will Be Selected In Priority Order. Contract Suppliers Are Prioritized Based On The Total Points Obtained In The Offer Comparison. Orders Are Primarily Placed With The Supplier With The Most Points. If The Preferred Supplier Is Not Able To Produce The Service In The Schedule Required By The Subscriber, The Subscriber Can Order The Service From The Next Contracted Supplier In Order Of Priority. The Length Of The Contract Period Is Two (2) Years From 1 October 2026. The Subscriber Has The Option To Extend The Contract With Two (2) One (1) Year Option Periods. The Subscriber Decides On The Implementation Of Both Option Periods Separately. The Anticipated Total Value Of The Purchases Of The Framework Arrangement Is Approximately 140,000 Euros (Vat 0%) Per Year. This Is An Estimate And Does Not Bind The Subscriber. The Estimated Annual Value Of The Acquisition Is Distributed As Follows: Lohjan Liikuntakeskus Oy Eur 80,000 (Vat 0%) Per Year Lohjan Liikuntahallit Oy Eur 60,000 (Vat 0%) Per Year The Maximum Value Of The Framework Arrangement Is Eur 700,000 (Vat 0%).
