The Goal Of Dns Is To Enable The Public Contracting Authority To Flexibly Enter Contracts In Accordance With The Public Procurement Act According To Its Real Needs, I.E. Dns Will Be Used For The Awarding Of Orders Related To The Provision Of Services And Goods That Are Normally Available On The Market, Namely The Provision Of Technical Support For Individual Cultural Events - In Particular The Supply And Operation Of Sound, Light And Video Equipment And Other Additional Services Necessary For The Technical Preparation, Provision And Subsequent Implementation Of Specific Individual Events. Dns Is Established For A Period Of 12 Months For The Needs Of The Public Contracting Authority, And Only The Public Contracting Authority Will Enter Contracts In It. Dns Is Not Divided Into Categories. The Public Procurement Authority Wants To Enable The Participation Of Even Smaller Suppliers By Operative Awarding Of Orders And Therefore Recommends Even Smaller Suppliers Who Meet The Conditions For Participation In Terms Of These Documents To Send A Request For Inclusion In The Dns, So That They Have The Opportunity To Apply For Announced Orders. Only Those Suppliers Who Will Be Included In The Dns Can Then Be Sent An Invitation To Submit An Offer And Therefore Have The Right To Submit An Offer, And Therefore The Public Procurement Authority Recommends Suppliers To Deliver The Application For Inclusion In The Dns Before The Deadline For Submitting Applications Specified In These Tender Documents. At The Moment After The Announcement Of An Individual Specific Order, Non-Ranked Suppliers Can No Longer Apply For The Announced Order, But After They Have Been Included, The Public Contracting Authority Will Be Able To Send Them An Invitation To Submit An Offer For The Next Announced Order. This Means That It Is Possible To Send A Request For Inclusion To The Dns During Its Entire Duration, But The Invitation To A Specific Individual Order Will Be Sent To Such A Supplier Only After It Has Been Included In The Dns.
