Laboratory, Optical And Precision Equipments (Excl. Glasses) – Spinning Disk Mikroskop. The Client Intends To Purchase A Spinning Disk Microscope For The Institute Of Molecular Biochemistry At The Department Of Biocenter Of The Mui In Accordance With The Service Description To Carry Out Advanced Live Cell Microscopy As Part Of An Erc-Funded Project. The Microscope Is Used For Quantitative And High-Resolution Long-Term Multiposition And Multichannel Live-Cell Imaging To Image Individual Vesicles In Culture Cells Over Longer Periods Of Time And In Different Conditions. To Meet This Requirement, A Highly Sensitive Microscope Is Being Tendered, Which Enables The Vesicles In Living Cells To Be Imaged Over The Required Period Of Time (>1H) Through Minimal Laser Toxicity And Minimal Bleaching Or Stable Focus.
