Electrical Wiring And Fitting Work – Construction Of A Climate-Neutral Administration Building; Electrical Engineering. The Stormarn District Is Planning To Build A New Building On The Foundation Of The Existing Building At Mewesstraße 22-24. With A Floor Area Of Around 790 M², The Building Is Constructed Using Sustainable Building Materials And Is Accompanied By Certification (Bnb And Qng). The Main Construction Is Made Up Of Several Elements: The Ceiling Above The Ground Floor Up To The 3Rd Floor Consists Of Solid Wood Ceilings Made Of Cross-Laminated Timber, Supported By Composite Beams. The Ceiling Above The Basement Is Designed As A Reinforced Concrete Ceiling With Appropriate Joists. The Reinforced Concrete Skeleton Construction Includes The Edge Bases And Covers As Well As The Outer Walls And Edge Supports. Load-Bearing And Bracing Walls, As Well As The Passenger Elevator Shaft, Are Made Of Reinforced Concrete. In The Basement, The Existing External Cellar Walls Will Be Retained, While New Waterproof (Wu) External Walls And Internal Pipes As Well As Walls Made Of Reinforced Concrete And Masonry Will Be Added. The Existing Base Will Be Retained, Supplemented By A New Waterproof Floor Slab In The Underground Car Park Area. The Building Will Have A Low-Voltage Connection With A Transformer Measurement, And The 70Kwp Pv System To Be Built Will Transfer The Excess Electricity Into The Public Grid. A Low-Voltage Main Distribution System With 22 Outlets Is To Be Built, Prepared With A Space Reserve For Later Integration Of A Network Replacement System In The Event Of A Failure Of The Public Network. The Office Workstations Are Supplied Via A Hollow Floor With Floor Tanks. A Technical Room Is Provided For Each Floor In Which The Floor Distributors, The Network Sub-Distribution And The Bms Sub-Distribution Are Accommodated. Common Areas, Stairs And General Hallways Receive Installations For Lighting, Sockets And Necessary Device Connections From The Respective General Distribution. Knx Presence Detectors Are Installed In The Offices, Which Supply The Presence And Temperature Parameters To The Glt Uv. The Lighting Is Controlled Via A Knx-Dali Gateway. To Charge Electric Vehicles, 20 Wall Boxes Will Be Built In The Underground Car Park As Well As Preparation For An Outdoor Parking Space. The Wallboxes Each Have An Output Of 22Kw, Can Be Set To 11Kw Output And Have Central Load Management. Appropriate Connections For Lockable Charging Units Are Planned In The Garage For Ebikes. The Safety Power Supply Required By Building Regulations Is Buffered Via Battery Systems. To Supply The Safety Lighting Of All Escape Routes In The Stairwells, The Underground Car Park And The Path To The Outside As Well As The Corresponding Escape Route Markings, Are Set Up With 1 Hour Operation. The General Ceiling Lighting Systems Are Controlled Via A Knx Dali Gateway According To Presence. The Switching Takes Place Via Presence Detectors. Telecommunications And Information Technology Systems The It/Tk System Is Accessed Via The Connection To The Itv Network
