I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Platform For Automated Security Tests, Along With Implementation And Support Services For A Period Of 36 Months. Ii. The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: 1. Provide A Software Subscription For The Provided Solution For A Period Of 36 Months, 2. Implement The Provided Software Preceded By A Pre-Implementation Analysis Carried Out By The Contractor, Which Will Result In The Development Of Technical Documentation For The Implementation. 3. Provide A Technical Support Service Of 8 Service Hours Per Month For A Period Of 36 Months (I.E. A Total Of 288 Service Hours) On The Terms Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In § 5 Of The Agreement, 4. Provide The Ordering Party With Access To Technical Support Offered By The Entity That Is The Author Of The Application Software On The Terms Specified By This Entity. Iii. As Part Of The Service Of Providing The Automatic Security Verification Platform, The Ordering Party Requires Three Training Courses (Once A Year On The Date Proposed By The Ordering Party), A Minimum Of 2-Day Stationary Training (Up To 350 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters) For A Group Of Up To 7 People, Covering*: • Obtaining The Knowledge Necessary To Conduct Penetration Tests • Acquiring The Ability To Use The Tools Provided By The Contractor • Introduction To The Automatic Security Verification Platform • Discussing How To Configure And Manage The Platform. • Discussion Of The Platforms Capabilities And The Types Of Tests That Can Be Performed. • Detailed Discussion Of Reporting. • Workshops. • Issuing A Certificate Of Participation And Acquisition Of Skills After The Training, Along With An Indication Of The Training Topics. *The Entire Cost Of Organizing The Training Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor Iv. The Contractor Will Provide The Technical Support Service For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Referred To In § 3 Of The Ipu Without Any Comments (Or Until The Use Of 288 Service Hours If They Are Used Before The Expiry Of This Period), On Business Days From 7:30 A.M. To 3:30 P.M., In Polish And To The Extent Including: 1) Ongoing Support During System Operation, 2) Quarterly Review Of The Implemented Environment, 3) Transferring Knowledge When Solving Problems, 4) Providing Consultations On The System, 5) Updating The Environment To New Versions, 6) Assistance In Analyzing Security Events Generated By The System - Reports 7) Assistance In Handling Service Requests And Assistance In Conducting Them On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 6. Detailed Information Regarding The Implementation Of The Contract Can Be Found In The Material Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 7. The Contractor Whose Offer Is Considered The Most Advantageous Will Be Obliged, Before Signing The Contract, To Provide Security For Proper Performance Of The Contract In The Amount And Form Specified
