Repair And Maintenance Services Of Motor Vehicles And Associated Equipment – ​​Provision Of Service Inspections, Maintenance And Repairs Of Passenger Motor Vehicles, Including Supplies Of Related Equipment And Spare Parts. The Subject Of The Contract (Services) Is The Provision Of Complete Service, Repairs And Maintenance Of Vehicles Of The Public Contracting Authority (Hereinafter Referred To As The Client), Including The Supply Of Spare Parts And Consumables. Services Include The Provision Of (I) Complete Warranty And Post-Warranty Service, Service Inspections, Repair And Maintenance Of The Customers Vehicles And (Ii) Supply Of Consumables And Original Or Homologated Spare Parts For Vehicles (Homologized In The Eu) Of The Kia, Volkswagen, Škoda, Hyundai, Toyota And Bmw Brands, Which Are Defined In Appendix No. 7 – List Of Vehicles Of The Framework Agreement. The Customer Requests That The Main Place Of Provision Of The Services Be The City Of Bratislava, Which Is The Seat Of The Customer, And Other Places Of Provision Of The Services Are Regional Cities Of The Slovak Republic (Seats Of Regional Centers Of The Public Procurement Entity), Namely Trnava, Trenčín, Nitra, Žilina, Banská Bystrica, Prešov, Košice. The Successful Applicant (Hereinafter Referred To As The Provider) Will Provide Services Through Its Branches Or As A Subcontractor So That The Provider Provides Services At Least In Each Regional City Of The Slovak Republic, During The Entire Duration Of The Framework Agreement. The Provider Is Obliged To Have An Electronic System For Maintaining The Agenda Of The Car Service, With Keeping Records Of Vehicle Maintenance, Orders, Emission And Technical Inspection Dates, Which It Will Demonstrate To The Customer Upon Request As Part Of Cooperation Before The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement.
