Repair And Maintenance Services Of Boilers – Framework Agreement For Maintenance Services For Individual Heating Production Installations, Domestic Hot Water And Collective Ventilation Installations Of Logial-Coop 91 And 94. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Provide Maintenance Services For Bath Heaters, Boilers, Burnt Gas Evacuation Systems And Ventilation Installations For Logial-Coops Assets. It Includes A Part Treated At Unit Prices And A Part Treated At Fixed Prices. The Fixed Part Corresponds To: O Maintenance, Monitoring, And Upkeep (P2); O Major Maintenance And Total Guarantee (P3). The Purchase Order Part Corresponds To: O Additional Services Not Provided For In The Fixed Price Part. The Purchase Order Part Of The Framework Agreement Is Executed As The Need Arises Via The Issuance Of Purchase Orders, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles R.2162-1 To R.2162-6, R.2162-13 And R.2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Purchase Order Part Is Concluded In Accordance With Article R.2162-4-2° With No Minimum And A Maximum Set Annually At 200,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Or 600,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Entire Duration Of The Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Is Single-Awarded. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of One Year From October 1, 2026 Or Its Notification Date If This Is Later. The Framework Agreement May Be Tacitly Renewed Twice Per Period Of 12 Months, Unless Otherwise Decided By Logial-Coop, 3 Months Before The Anniversary Date Of The Contract. The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement May Not Exceed 3 Years And Will End No Later Than September 30, 2029.
