With This Public Procurement, Odmvr-Vidin, In Its Capacity As An End Customer, Within The Meaning Of The Law On Energy, Aims To Select: 1. Supplier Of Electrical Energy For The Objects Specified In Appendix No. 1.1. To The Technical Specification, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Documentation And 2. Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group. During The Execution Of The Order, Energy Monitoring Should Be Carried Out, If Necessary, With Own Or Hired Means Of Measurement And Communication, And The Necessary Schedules And References Should Be Presented To The Contracting Authority. The Supply Of Electricity Must Be In Accordance With The Current Regulatory Documents: The Energy Act (E), The Electricity Trading Rules (Ptee) And The Electricity Quantity Measurement Rules (Pikee). The Estimated Electricity Consumption Is Calculated Based On The Total Cost And The Monthly Electricity Consumption In The Presented Table Appendix No. 1.1. The Total Estimated Quantity For Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy For The Term Of The Contract Is 1,305,590 Kwh. The Specified Estimated Amount Does Not Commit The Employer To Use Them, And The Same Reserves The Right To Consume Quantities Of Electricity In Excess Of The Indicated Estimated Amount, In Case Of Necessity.
