The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Diesel Oil In An Estimated Amount Of Approximately 520,000 Liters For The Ordering Partys Own Needs. The Fuel Will Be Delivered To A Storage Tank With A Capacity Of 5,000 Liters, Located On The Square At The Ordering Partys Headquarters At Ul. Mariańska 2 In Namysłów. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts Because The Subject Of The Order - The Supply Of Diesel Oil - Is Homogeneous And Functionally Indivisible. Due To The Uniform Method Of Delivering Deliveries To The Ordering Partys Storage Tank, There Is No Technical Or Organizational Justification For Separating Separate Parts Of The Order. The Order Provides For The Implementation Of Successive Deliveries, In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Which Additionally Supports Entrusting The Execution Of The Entire Order To One Contractor - In Order To Ensure Continuity, Timeliness And Responsibility For The Quality And Compliance Of The Supplied Fuel. The Lack Of Division Of The Order Does Not Limit Access To Participation In The Procedure For Micro, Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises - Due To The Value Of The Order And The Nature Of The Fuel Market In Which Many Contractors Who Meet The Conditions For Participation Operate. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And The Offer.
