The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of An Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer (Icp-Ms) Along With Additional Equipment And Adaptation Of The Gas, Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installations. 2. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 3. The Delivery Includes: A) Bringing It To The Room Indicated By The Ordering Party, Detailed Information Can Be Found In Annex No. 2 To The Swz B) Assembly And Installation At The Site Of Foundation, Adaptation Of The Ventilation, Gas And Air-Conditioning Installations As Well As Commissioning, Configuration, Testing And Demonstration Of Full Efficiency Of The Delivered Equipment C) Training Of Employees In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Delivered Equipment. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Were Specified In The Subject Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz 5. The Warranty Period Is A Non-Price Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers. The Contractor May Propose An Extended Warranty Period, For Which He Will Receive An Appropriate Number Of Points. The Offer Evaluation Criteria Are Described In Chapter Xvii Of The Swz.
